  1.  Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the onion and turkey neck and giblets; cook, stirring, until the giblets are browned, about 15 minutes. 
  3. Add the Mountain Meadow Chicken Bone broth and herbs.  Cover and simmer  for 2 hours.
  4. Strain the broth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Keep the  the neck and giblets for the gravy!
