"The broth is tasty and very useful in a variety of ways. I use it in many recipes that call for water to be added as a liquid. The broth adds the liquid needed plus so much more: taste and nutrition. I've used it in soups and stews, sauces and beans. It's handy to thaw it and refreeze it in an ice cube tray; very convenient to add to dishes one cube at a time."
We use it in braising sauces, soups, paella dishes, mussels with bacon and thyme. We also enjoy steaming cups on cold winter mornings (or any time for that matter) with a little salt, pepper and a dollop up garlic. It's a staple in our freezer.
